HelloLife Affiliate News – Affiliate Promos

Just a quick note to let you know MicroNutra Health is offering a Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotion and the deal has been loaded into ShareASale.

Note the new Black Friday/Cyber Monday link will bring the visitor to the MicroNutra Health catalog page. You do not have to use the new link in order to promote the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal. There is no promo code. Free shipping and a free bottle of Painazol Pain Relief Gel(a new product we are just releasing) will be automatically added to all orders from November 27 through November 30.

Another promotion update: Promo code AF10 now saves a customer 10% on any order placed.

As I mentioned in the previous newsletter we have changed our pricing model on several products. Please verify the information you are providing on your website matches the new pricing we now have in place. Also be sure to update your links if you are utilizing the datafeed or “direct to shopping cart” links.

Vetionx Affiliate News – Pay Per Call

Hello and welcome to all new and existing Vetionx affiliates. We have one major topic to cover in this newsletter: Pay-Per-Call

Select ShareASale affiliates can now apply for the new Pay-Per-Call phone tracking system. If you are actively sending traffic to our website, or plan on doing so, I strongly recommend clicking on the “Pay Per Call Center” link within the ShareASale interface to find out if you are eligible to apply for Pay-Per-Call. If you do apply please send me a quick message so that I can approve you for the Vetionx Pet Health Pay-Per-Call campaign.

Here’s why Pay-Per-Call is beneficial for Vetionx affiliates:
You receive your own dedicated phone number(s) to promote our products. We have implemented a system that dynamically inserts affiliate phone numbers and priority codes(your affiliate ID) onto our sales copy. That way when referred visitors call from our site, the call is tracked through ShareASale’s Pay-Per-Call system and I can credit you with phone sales that result(web orders are still automatically credited).

We pay you the standard 25% sales commission on calls that result in a sale. I can trace the individual calls back to our customer orders to see which ones closed(based on customer phone numbers and/or time of calls). This totally bypasses the reliance on phone customers giving us a priority code(your ID) or referring website.

We will also pay you $1.00 for every call you send that lasts at least 2 minutes(regardless of whether the call resulted in a sale). That payout is automated and each call is tracked(so you know how many phone calls you send our way).

You can place your phone number on your site(which I do recommend along with one of our promotions), utilize the phone number in off-line marketing campaigns, and reap the benefits of having your phone number show up on our site whenever you send a visitor our way.

If you apply and have any problems getting your Pay-Per-Call account confirmed just contact me and I will look into it.

If you are not eligible for Pay-Per-Call at this time, please continue to check your Pay-Per-Call status each month for an update. Until you have a dedicated phone number, any phone calls you send will go through our affiliate phone line and a priority code(your ID) will still be shown on our website.

Vetionx Affiliate News – Lifetime Commissions

This newsletter(#004) was originally sent to all Vetionx Pet Health affiliates on October 7, 2009:

Welcome to all new and existing Vetionx Pet Health affiliates. A special thanks to all active affiliates who are sending visitors our way. This is a 2 part announcement beginning with the topic of repeat orders:

1) Lifetime Repeat Order Commissions including 2nd Tier: You will now receive 10% on future orders made by new customers that you refer. You will also receive 2% commission on all repeat orders credited to affiliates that you referred. Repeat orders are tracked and recorded separate from the lifetime cookie function so that you receive repeat order commissions regardless of whether the affiliate cookie is present on the customer’s computer and regardless of whether the customer purchases online or by phone.

Furthermore, if you have referred any new customers since September 1, we are giving you a running start by back-tracking and tagging those new customers with your affiliate ID. So from here on out, when any new customer you have referred since September 1 places a new order, you will receive 10%.

Repeat orders are credited manually. Note that it is possible to receive an automatic 25% on a repeat order if your affiliate cookie is present on the customer’s computer when the order is placed.

Also note that once a customer is tagged with your ID, no other affiliate can take that customer away from you. However note: You will receive 10% on any future order made by that customer unless that customer, on any given order, has a cookie from a different affiliate on their computer while making the purchase.

2) The Vetionx site is now programmed to dynamically insert personal affiliate phone numbers onto our sales pages. You will soon be able to sign-up for ShareASale’s Pay-Per-Call system and get your own phone number for free. We will replace our standard Call Center number with your personal affiliate phone number when you send a visitor to our site. We also place a priority code(your ID) near the top of the sales pages as well as with the phone numbers listed by the ordering options.

While we wait for the official launch of Pay-Per-Call, we are replacing our standard Call Center number with an affiliate line that we have set up. When we receive a call on that line we know that it was referred from a Vetionx affiliate and can ask for the priority code or referring website. All Vetionx affiliates who have sent at least 1 visitor since July 1 have been tagged with our dedicated affiliate line.

You receive 25% on phone calls that result in sales. When you’re on the Pay-Per-Call system you will also receive $1.00 for any call you refer that lasts at least 2 minutes regardless of whether the call resulted in a sale or not.

I will send an announcement when Pay-Per-Call opens to new sign-ups and at that time I will highly recommend that everyone join to obtain their free personal affiliate phone number. You’re not obligated to do anything with that number, but we will place your number on our site when you send a visitor our way. All calls through Pay-Per-Call are tracked and you will be able to see the date, time, and length of the calls you refer.

Happy November to all MicroNutra Health affiliates. 2 major updates in this newsletter: Pay-Per-Call and Product Pricing.
